Living with Diabetes can often feel like a grueling full time job. Thankfully you're not destined to battle this disease alone! Get involved with one of these local groups and experience a network of parents, families and individuals who have come together to support one another in the challenges and accomplishments of type 1 diabetes.



Interested in Starting a Group in Your Area?

Support groups are brand new to the Inland Empire Branch of JDRF. We are looking for motivated individuals to help us grow the number of groups in the Inland Empire. This group is intended for parents of children with type 1 diabetes. These casual get togethers provide parents with the opportunity to discuss the many facets of parenting a child with type 1 diabetes with others who are are doing the same.

The Parent Coffee Night isnot a group of professionals, but of concerned parents who have been where you are and found peace with their new way of living.

Loma Linda is introducing a monthly SOCIAL where you can come meet other type 1 diabetics and have fun away from “doctor talk”.  Feel free to express, enjoy, mingle and talk openly about life with diabetes to people who understand.

Food, fun games, and new friends will be provided.
